Jaroms' Birthday

Jarom had a great time with all of his cousins for his fourth birthday. He was excited about all the gifts he has been given, and thinks that he needs to sleep with all the toys. Nathaniel and I took Jarom, Rachel, and Emily to Chuckeycheeses for his Birthday dinner. That was where he wanted to eat. Rachel is now excited to have her birthday and asks me every morning if it is her "Happy Birthday". Jarom also still asks if it is his birthday still. I am soooooo glad birthdays are only once a year.

I really don't have much to say, except the kids are getting older and older by the minute. They love to play with each other and especially with Emily. Emily is rolling over, so I was hoping to catch her on video, but alas I didn't. I hope you enjoy the video though!

Back to School

Jarom started his first day of school Sept.4. His teacher is Nancy Candrian, whom he had last year. Jaroms teacher said that he had a really good day. I think that it is a good thing that he has the same teacher, since he already knows her, and she already knows him. Jarom says that he had a fun day at school. He got to make a red ripped apple and played Ninja, whatever that means. He also gets to make a poster all about himself. Well, I get to make a poster all about him. He gets to have snacks, but it is more on what they ask for, then nutritional value. It helps them to use their words more. Denise has also been good to work with Jarom on his colors, shapes, letters and so forth. She bought him a workbook that they work on together, which Jarom enjoys. Rachel is a little sad, because she wants to go to school with him. The first day I had to get some papers to fill out and Rachel sat down ready to start school also, and was a little sad when I brought her back home with me.

Ramblings

Jarom is getting ready to start his school in two weeks and Rachel wishes that she could go also. He has the same teacher as last year, which is good. He and Rachel have been good helpers with Emily and helping me take care of Nathaniel. Not much has really gone on for us this last week except for being sick.

Happy Birthday

Five years ago I married the most wonderful man, and he continues to be a wonderful husband and father to his three children. We are so happy that he is in our lives. I and my family wanted to wish him a happy Birthday and let him know how much We really love him!

Amazing kids

I am so amazed everytime I do things with the children how much they are learning and growing. They are growing up right before my eyes, and are doing some of the cutest things ever. Jarom and Rachel both love to help Nathaniel with his work and Jarom loves to play games on the computer. Rachel is Jarom's shadow, but loves to play with Emily just as much. They are both such big helps to me with the baby, but I wish they would help out more with the cleaning. I love them all!!!

Ash Family

Nathaniel and Crystal met in the year October 2001 and married on June 25, 2002. We then lived in a condo and then became pregnant. We sold the condo and lived with parents for about 10 months. While we where living with parents, Crystal gave birth to our first child in September. We named him Jarom. He was a big and healthy boy. His father Nathaniel had never been so proud in his life. Shortly after we had bought a home in Sandy. Good thing too! We found out we where pregnant with our second child. Rachel was born in April, so Jarom and Rachel are 18 1\2 months apart. We were so happy to have this addition to our little family. It has been so much fun watching the two of them play and grow together. Shortly after Jarom had started school for his delay in speech. It has been really good for him and for me. It has been good to let him make friends and that I haven't been able to "Mother" him. He has actually become a little more social. Rachel is jealous and wants to go to school with him. Rachel has become a little chatterbox and a social butterfly. She is all over the place and can't hold still for a second. We now find ourselves in 2007, where last April, we have found ourselves with another beautiful baby girl. Happy Birthday Bekie!! Emily Ann came into our lives and we find our little family is growing bigger and bigger. Jarom and Rachel are big helpers and love Emily to death, they love to sit and hold her, help change diapers, they always tell us if Emily is awake and crying. Jarom especially has become very protective of Rachel and Emily. If anyone out of our family holds Emily, Jarom is right there and watches that person like a hawk. Jarom enjoys doing any kind of art. It doesn't matter if it is Chalk, paint, pencil, crayons. It is all fun to him. He especially loves to sit and draw with Nathaniel. He has also discovered video games and is a true boy with that. He loves to play on the computer or on his Playstation. If he could, he would do that all day. Rachel loves to read, or be read to, and loves to dance. She dances around the house and has special shoes she wears when she dances. Rachel still loves to follow Jarom around and does what he has to do. They are both so cute and most of all they love to be outside. Emily will turn 4 months old on the 4th of August and is trying to sit up on her own and roll over. She has rolled from her stomache to her back once already. Whether she meant to or not I don't know. Again, it has been fun especially to watch the kids play together and with Emily. All three of them love more than anything to play and be around their father. The hightlight of the day for them is when Nathaniel comes home or calls. They love to talk to him on the phone. As for Nathaniel he is a wonderful father and supporter, who loves his family more than they will ever know! He also enjoys taking the kids swimming, just playing with them, enjoys art, but wishes that he had more time to do it. He also enjoys being out in nature.
